The "pocket-for-everything" layout inside is exactly what I needed—diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, and my own stuff all have a spot, so nothing ends up lost at the bottom. It honestly looks like a regular bag, which is a huge upgrade from the loud diaper bags we tried first.
