The side snaps are a game-changer—unsnapped it swallows a full change of clothes for the gym, snapped it sits neat on my shoulder for the commute. Feels sturdy but not bulky, exactly the balance I was hunting for.

I was worried it'd be too small for work plus gym, but the side snaps really make the difference—unsnapped, I fit a full change of clothes along with my laptop and lunch. The petite size is perfect for weaving through crowded trains without feeling bulky.
